The waiter did warn me that the pizza does go in the same oven as the regular pizza. I did ask a few questions and it seemed that they understood what they are doing. My only problem is that when I asked if they have a tray or something to separate the surface from the pizza and wasn't given a clear answer but was assured by the waiter by saying that they do this regularly and know what they are doing in the kitchen. The pizza was great. I might shy away from the pizza next time and get the pasta but I don't feel like I had symptoms attributed to eating the pizza. It's worth a try at least.
