Compass Rose Restaurant

Paul at Compass Rose Restaurant at Compass Cove was awesome during our stay there. I have a severe gluten allergy and he was very kind, helpful and really went above and beyond to make sure I had a good breakfast. He assured me what was safe on the buffet bar since I was always the first one in line and then offered to make me additional food in the kitchen which I accepted and everything was fantastic and I had no issues. I can’t say anything about anyone else there, but if you have the pleasure of going for breakfast be there when they open and ask for PAUL. I asked him if it was ok to include him on here and he said definitely that he would love to help anyone enjoy a good meal. Thank you Paul for your kindness!!
