This is the best GF option in Cedar Falls/Waterloo. They have separate GF prep area and separate cooking equipment for GF. Most of the menu is GF with very limited gluten containing items. Chef Clint is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and friendly and takes the proper precautions. We eat here weekly and will continue to be regulars.
