I had the Hogfish nightly special and it was delicious. My waiter knew I was Celiac so he said I needed to have the fish blackened, not with the original cream sauce. My plate came with the fish blackened and the sauce in a cup. Minutes later I told my waiter and he said it had gluten and removed it from my plate. I didn't get sick, but wished my ticket was marked gluten free so that the sauce would have never been out on my plate in the first place.
