Their menu clearly listed what drinks and foods are gluten free. I asked the server if I could speak to the bartender to ensure there would be no cross contamination (as some drinks have cookie garnishes, graham crackers, etc). The bartender came to our table and informed us that his mother has celiac. He assured me that he would use a clean shaker to make my drink. He suggested modifications to my drink that were vodka based as opposed to baileys which doesn’t claim to be gf. They also served my gf s’mores platter on disposable plates rather than a tray that they would normally use. I was very impressed by the knowledge and service.
