Condados is always a fun place to go when I’m in pgh. GF frier for their chips so always get chips and queso. They have gf marked or you can make your own bowl!
I rarely get sick from Condado. My wife and I order from here all the time and we mention in the notes that I have Celiacs disease. I usually get one of their bowls with rice. I’ve only gotten sick twice and both of those times we ordered during a busy time. We’ve been careful to order on off hours for the safest food preparation. TMy advice is don’t go here or order take out when they’re busy and make sure to tell them you are gluten free.

Their burrito bowl gives me so many wonderful GF options. It’s delicious and everything on the menu is clearly marked. I get the kale bowl with rice and beans and then mix it up with their gf meat options and amazing sauces.
Their cocktails and mock tails are amazing. Last night I had the Cactus Juice mocktail. Yum!
I live in Atlanta, but whenever I’m in the Burgh, I find myself eating at Condado. I’ve been to their downtown location, the Lawrenceville location and last night visited their North Hills location.
Strongly recommend.

Hostess was great at answering prep questions and asking the kitchen for details they didn't know. Most of the food is already gluten free, so easy to keep the kitchen safe. Gluten free chip fryer. Did not get sick and I'm a sensitive celiac. It's like going to a safe chipotle (with better options) that is in a bar. Happy to hear this is a chain so there are known safe options when traveling.
Can’t say enough about how amazing our visit was! Allergens clearly marked on menu and had a great amount of choices. Our server was so accommodating and the kitchen manager came out to discuss the kitchen processes and even asked about specifics regarding soy allergies etc. Chips are fried in a separate fryer but she pointed out they also fry their tofu there so it’s not safe for soy allergy folks. The queso Blanca was great! I got two tacos and the flavor was better than some I’ve had even before my diagnosis. Homemade hot sauces had a great kick! I enjoyed it so much I got a build your own lettuce bowl to have for dinner. Both meals were a success and I felt totally fine after. Can’t wait to try it again on my next visit!
Always tasty and has never made me sick! Gf items are clearly marked on the menu and they have solid cross contamination policies.

Lots of gluten free options and all clearly marked. Have eaten there 40-50 times and never have gotten sick.

Everything is safe and GF except the flour tortillas. Substituted any flour soft tortillas with corn soft tortillas to make the same delicious tacos. These were the best tacos I’ve had since my celiac diagnosis 7yrs ago.
It was a beautiful day and we enjoyed an outside lunch. It’s so nice to enjoy chips and salsa when you know everything is free from cross contact. I also had a custom bowl with all my favorite toppings. The people who eat gluten enjoyed the meal also. A great experience!
The food was delicious. The service was good and there are many gluten-free items marked on their menu. Next time I’m back in Louisville, I will be eating at Condado again.
