I felt so safe ordering, and it was clear from both the website and the actions of the staff that this establishment is extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. It meant so much to know how seriously and thoughtfully the gluten free sandwiches are prepared, especially in a small kitchen. Honestly, it made me a bit emotional! Overall, fantastic.
