Excellent service and very knowledgeable about celiac. I had the superfood salad with salmon and gf nachos. They can modify quite a few items to make them gf. I’m full blown celiac and did not get sick at all. Plus food was fantastic!

Have celiac & do not eat dairy. Wonderful experience. I had superfood salad with grilled chicken. Manager brought out my food separate from the rest of my table. Very knowledgeable & attentive to celiac disease. I cannot say enough positive things about this place....my salad was excellent & no issues!

Our Server Chris, was wonderful. Very knowledgeable, and even informed us of items that arent listed as gluten free on the menu. They have a completely separate allergen kitchen and a separate server brings out your food flagged as the allergy plate. Felt soo safe. And the food was wonderful. If youre looking for safe GF thats delicious at Universal this is it!

Very nice experience for me and my family. They made my sons grill cheese and have a dedicated fryer. I got the pad Thai and a side salad. They also made the fried rice gluten free. Ciara our server was amazing and very knowledgeable. Felt very safe. The food was great and we didn’t get sick!

Excellent service and meal. Had the pad Thai with the vegan sauce (I’m also dairy free) and had no issues. They do have a dedicated GF fryer so was also able to have a side of fries since that’s such a treat

Waitress was very knowledgeable about allergies. They are able to accommodate most menu items; for instance, they substituted wonton chips for regular tortilla chips on our ahi tuna nachos. Additionally, there are GF fried wings and fries (separate GF frier). Would be cautious about cocktail options is only asterisk I would give but food options are safe and generous amount on plate is also given!

I was surprised how good the food was here! I got a chicken sandwich with pesto and in my opinion it's better than the chicken sandwich at the leaky cauldron.

Really impressed overall with how universal handles allergies. The menu is clear, the waiter assured us he would be running everything by the chef who would then prepare our food personally in a dedicated area. The chef also delivered the food, all clearly marked allergy and let us know any modifications made. Everything was really good and no GF up charge :) We had nachos, salmon, burgers and fries everyone left happy and zero reactions. Our order took maybe 10 extra minutes but that is time we’ll worth it to eat great food and get to be safe and enjoy the rest of the park day.

Outstanding experience! I had the wings, grilled chicken and fries. Wings snd fries were done in a dedicated fryer. Our server, Anne, checked with the chef multiple times to confirm ingredients, preparation, etc. The chef brought out my meal separately. Really impressed!

They were very aware and willing to modify menu items to be gluten free, and there is a dedicated fryer! We got buffalo wings, fries, and loaded nachos (chili was not GF, so they did chicken for us instead). Server was very helpful in double checking items with the kitchen, and cross-contamination was clearly understood. Definitely will eat here again!

We are SO happy that we stumbled upon Confisco Grille!! Our server, Don, was very knowledgeable and extremely careful with our gluten free food! The chef, Jordan, was incredible and made items for us that weren’t even on the menu! My 6 year old reeeaaaalllllyyyy just wanted spaghetti and even though that isn’t on the menu, Jordan made it happen for her! They absolutely went above and beyond for our family and none of us felt sick afterwards! We will definitely return whenever we make it back to Universal!

Another good gluten free option in Islands of Adventure. I had the Pico Burger with fries which are cooked in a dedicated fryer. Wings are also safe, but I didn’t try them. Waiter was very knowledgeable and let me know what was OK or not and explained the process for preparing the food. They also have some gf dessert options, but I was stuffed.

This place has nice buns..... Jk. But really. They're huge, good and gluten free. I got the buffalo chicken and shrimp sandwich and it was awesome. My wife got the southwest chicken salad, it too was awesome. And huge. You get what you pay for here.

The Chef’s were amazing! One came out to talk to me and describe what exactly was gluten free and what was not. I ordered the Greek Salad and traditional wings and was not disappointed! Very refreshing. The waitress wasn’t as attentive or knowledgeable, but the chef reassured me. Would definitely go back!

Amazing experience. Originally went for the fajitas cause on the universal studios app it said they were gf. But the current menu said they were not. The waiters first question to us was do you have any allergies...he went back to double check about the fajitas and it turns out the spice had gluten as well as they were using flower tortillas. But he offered to do chicken and veggies fajita style and could bring us tortilla chips. Decided to get the blt on a gluten free bun instead as well as fries that were done in a separate fryer. The chef brought out the food and explained the precautions they took. Then the manager and the waiter checked back in on us to make sure everything was perfect. I wish all places took allergies this seriously. I can't stress how happy this made me.

Food was good . Chef even came out to talk to us about what we wanted to eat to make sure the food was made GF. The waitress, Jenn Jenn, not so good. She was slow and not attentive.

I was at Universal Studios Orlando this past week and ate at Confisco's Grille in Islands of Adventure. There were a few gluten free options to choose from. They do have a dedicated GF menu. I ordered the Grilled Chicken w/ cheese, bacon, and lettuce w/ fries. It came with a gluten free bun. I am highly sensitive to gluten and did not get ill from eating there. I would eat there again.

The chef was super nice. The burger was excellent..they have a separate gluten free fryer for the fries and gluten free buns. I couldn't ask for more.

I had the signature burger and it was delicious! There were several other sandwich/burger options and a few entrees. My fries were prepared in a separate fryer without seasoning so that I could eat them

We visited this restaurant twice. Both times I had the Pad Thai, which was delicious! Options were limited but I was pleased with the service and food.

They have several options on their menu listed as GF available. No dedicated fryer - so no French fries. They do have wings which they bake for the GF version. Food is good. I had pad Thai. It was good but I've had better pad Thai at other restaurants.
