They have gluten free sandwich and sub breads. You can have it as is or toasted. I had a club sub with veggies, toasted. It was gone before I thought to take a photo. I have celiac disease and I don’t feel sick.

Great coffee shop in a small town in the UP! I was pleasantly surprised to find that they carry GF buns for sandwiches! Good coffee as well.
