So helpful with gluten free but mostly Asian options. Western options not available but as a celiac the food was lovely

Staying at the Conrad Bali was a fantastic experience as a celiac (gluten allergy). The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was safe. The chef would come out and assure me they’d use separate equipment and prepare my food in a separate place. They also presented me with an array of gluten free options. Huge thanks to all of the chefs and waitstaff - especially Reno. I enjoyed breakfast at both locations and had multiple meals at Suku. I didn’t eat at Rin or Eight Degrees South. However, was notified they’d be aware of my gluten allergy as well. All of the meals we’re very tasty and I never felt ill afterwards.
