The food is great--one of the best I've tasted, in fact--but don't expect to have a nice evening here. We explained to the waiter that we couldn't have any gluten or dairy, going as far as listing all the specifics: no wheat flour, no soy sauce, no butter, no cream, no bread, no breading, no marinaded items etc., but still they managed to mess up two times. First they brought us some "tostones de atun" which were marinaded in soy sauce, something which we noticed too late, and then when they brought us the entrees I could see the french fries on my plate were frozen. I specifically asked if they were frozen, and the waiter said he was sure they were not. I asked him to please ask just in case, but he said he was 100% sure they weren't. So I went, ok!

Tl;dr Don't eat here, I almost passed out from the allergic reaction as they have no idea what gluten is.
