The staff is not knowledgeable about gluten, and they aren’t prepared to make special dishes or protect from CC, but I’ve been able to eat their shrimp cocktail, I ask for preparer to wash hands first and for a plain cocktail with just onion cilantro tomato and avocado, and their side of beans and their tortillas (confirm they are 100% corn and no Maseca) without incident. I got sick once from their specialty which is a baked whole fish with sauces on it. Since then I don’t trust their recommendations but take the small risk on these very simple dishes. And love the tortillas!
