Spectacular food and service. Many many items are gluten free. Server was very knowledgeable on the items we could have and also made recommendations. Conversate rivalled many Vegas steak restaurants we have been too. We had a party of 8, 2 gluten free and everyone loved their meal from appetizers and cocktails right through to dessert.

Hi everyone!

I'm so excited to be part of this community! I wanted to introduce myself, my name is Jessica and I was diagnosed Celiac over 10 years ago. My husband, Mike, and I have both been in the restaurant industry for a combined 30+ years. We have opened together Conversate Steak & Seafood Restaurant on King William St. in Hamilton. We have both dedicated time and thought into offering high quality menu items that are also gluten free. It is marked on our menu and I have personally ensured each server is equipped to answer GF (and other dietary restriction) related questions.

I’m extremely passionate about our ingredients and avoiding cross contamination. This is something my husband now shares with me, along with being an amazing chef! We have a dedicated gf fryer, our daily soups, features, seafood and sauces are GF, and most importantly our steaks. For us, this is not a second thought but our first thought.
