This may be the best GF pizza crust I have ever had. One of the managers told me they would take extra precautions with cleaning an area and using a freshly cleaned pan. I was a little nervous because there could still be a slight chance of cross contamination, but I was there for a post graduation gathering, so I took a chance and I’m glad I did. It was so good and I know pretty quickly when I’ve been glutened and I’m about an hour past dining and other than feeling stuffed because I ate too much I feel fine!
