Cooking Carberrys Wood Fired Pizza

I read in a search on the internet that they offer a gluten-free crust. Their menu was written on a white board, so ask for GF crust. The server said they could make any of their combinations (some of them unique!) on a gluten-free crust. I ordered the vege combo and added pepperoni. Note: their Italian sausage topping is NOT GF. The cook double checked for me. My pizza was delicious and I had no reaction. The employees were knowledgeable about celiac disease. It was a great meal and a great experience! My husband (not gluten free) loved his pizza. Highly recommend this place!
