I asked the owner if he could do Gluten Free when I entered the restaurant. His first answer was yes. When I went to order, I was asking for clarification, and he asked me, "What is gluten?" He then told me that they didn't have gluten free soy sauce, and he suggested that I go make myself a sandwich, further indicating his lack of knowledge.
