Unfortunately my family and I decided to eat at this restaurant based off the reviews in this app. Every item I asked about the server told me no, was not safe. Even items that I’ve had at multiple other establishments. He would not ask the kitchen until I pressured him to so I could get at least one item to eat. The server told me the smoked salmon was not safe?? Only item I was able to order, after asking about several items on the menu, was veggie spring rolls with no sauce as sauce isn’t safe. Very disappointed and encourage anyone who eats here to ask for a server who understands what you are asking.

Server put gluten free in the system and was able to make accommodations for sushi rolls. They also had gluten free soy sauce. I had the pad Thai which was labeled gluten free on the menu. The server had to ask the chefs a lot about gluten free, but did everytime.

I was visiting the Altoona area from a different state and was really worried about eating out since I was recently diagnosed with Celiacs. Gluten free options were not labeled like they were online but the staff was pretty knowledgeable and would let me know would could or could not be made gluten free. The waiter also assured me several times. I am pretty sensitive and didn’t get sick. Food tasted great as well.
