Great experience with celiac here! They have a dedicated fryer for their fries, gluten free buns, and are very familiar with accommodations needed to keep food celiac safe. Highly recommend!

I was so shocked, cool cats has really turned it around. I used to not be able to eat here, but now they have a separate gluten free fryer and the server said they’d know it was a gluten allergy and to be careful. I was able to get a burger and fries without any reaction! Such a great surprise!

They do NOT have a dedicated gluten free fryer as of August 2022, but many sandwiches can be made gluten free. The restaurant is cool, staff is great and very helpful, and the food was above average but I'm pretty sure you get less meat on a gluten free sandwich even though you are paying extra for a gf bun, my partner's regular sandwich was easily twice the size of mine.

I really wish they had a gluten free fryer, but unfortunately the other commenters got bad information.
