Review of Cool Jacks Handcrafted Cookies + Ice Cream

Awesome local business with several gluten free options. Their signature dessert is ice cream cookie sandwiches. They offer two types of gluten free cookies, chocolate chip and snickerdoodle. They keep the cookies on separate cookie trays under a lid away from all of the other cookies, so I do feel that they made an effort to reduce cross contamination. They had so many ice cream flavors. The staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend giving this place a try!
