I have no confidence that this establishment has any understanding of the importance of helping those with celiac disease avoid gluten exposure. I ordered my burger without a roll explicitly, stating that if I have exposure to wheat, I will become ill. My burger, of course was delivered on a roll. This is the fault of both the server and the cook. I can’t evaluate the taste because of course I couldn’t eat the burger. I have decided to just be blatant from now on in restaurantsand advise the server that if I have the slightest gluten exposure, I will immediately begin vomiting violently there in the middle of the restaurant. I don’t know how else to make people understand this.
