They have great salads and gluten free salad dressings, but there is a risk of contamination due to the staff putting their hands into the croutons and then the other toppings.

Delicious! Just opened in our area. Menu is clearly marked and staff was knowledgeable. Had a sandwich prepared separately and not toasted on a GF bun. They also have salads, quinoa bowls, and energy bites for dessert. Great spot!

Had a horrible reaction after not being gluten for 3 months, newly diagnosed. Beware! Thought it was safe, but was hit very soon after eating here

Celiacs - beware! When I asked about changing gloves Brandon (the manager) informed me "gluten was a wheat protein and therefore could not be transferred". Went ahead and ate a salad which was very good,but of course got glutened! So if at all sensitive I would try one of the other more educated gluten free restaurants in Oklahoma City.
