We had an excellent experience at Cooper's Hawk celebrating my birthday. Server was very knowledge about cross contamination and the kitchen protocol for gluten allergies.
We felt very taken care of, and the food itself was fantastic! They subbed the pretzel bread for a very tasty gluten free bread and butter, still warm from the oven!
We got the risotto short ribs and chicken carbonara, which were both fantastic. The penne in the carbonara was cooked al dente and didn't feel like a compromise.
Our only complaint was that the food doesn't come out with any kind of flag to indicate it was indeed gluten free. We understand wanting to make presentation central, but personally I feel that knowing our food is safe is more important.
Wonderful experience and will definitely come again!
