I’ve been to this and other Cooper’s locations a good dozen times and have never had a problem.
Well, recently they added “rib sauce” to their lineup; I’m not sure if anything else has changed, but that’s the only thing different from what I’ve always eaten there, and I very definitely got glutened. I assumed that because the other sauce was gluten free, the new one would be too; I was wrong to make that assumption.
Basically, just ask. They’re super helpful.
