Review of Coors Field (Aramark Gluten Free Stand)

2001 Blake St, Denver, CO 80205

Review

There is a special joy as a baseball fan with Celiac Disease in having a gluten-free beer with a gluten-free hot dog while sitting in the stands and enjoying the game. It’s fantastic that Coors Field has a dedicated gluten-free kiosk (section 143). They offer quesadillas, burgers, and cookies. The only issue (previously mentioned by an earlier reviewer) is that even though the condiment stand has signage stating the condiments are for gluten-free food only, I watched handfuls of people touching the nozzles to their regular buns. I asked, and they, unfortunately, had no single-use ketchup or mustard packets. To avoid cross-contamination, a quick solution would be to move the condiments so they are only accessible to the catering staff or offer packets.
