The ladies serving were super helpful, as I also react to gluten free oats, they made sure what I selected was safe and made recommendations on things I would like. Fantastic option for celiacs and gluten intolerants. The focaccia and cookie I had were delicious and great serving sizes.

OMG I was a little overwhelmed when I went here - spoilt for choice. I had an egg custard tart / flan type thing which was delicious and had to try a croissant, the croissant was tasty but was nothing like a croissant in flavour or texture but still tasty. I also got a chestnut and cranberry loaf which was incredible! Not cheap but worth every penny.

OMG so delicious!!! I got a Florent croissant and the Kevin sandwich (tomato mozzarella and pesto). It was all so good! Also got a Robin loaf to go and it was incredible, the taste and texture were a perfect multigrain loaf. The place is dedicated GF, and they list what types of flours they use in each bread on their website. Definitely a "copain" (friend) to all us GF folks in France ❤

I almost cried when I walked into this beautifully appointed little bakery. It features all manner of treats that are made with that inimitably French combination of flour and butter (though they have many dairy free options, as well.) I purchased a bun that was filled with chocolate and half dipped in chocolate and topped with hazelnuts! I also purchased a long pastry dotted with chocolate chunks and glazed to perfection. Finally, I had to try a croissant! Did I eat them all? No, but I had a blissful time trying!

This is a dedicated gluten free bakery with I believe the lovely staff person said 10 other locations across Paris. They also offer great lunch/savory breakfast options, such as sandwiches, bagels, focaccias and many desserts! Bon appetit!!

This was our first stop after landing in Paris and it did not disappoint! I tried a chocolate babka and a donut filled with hazelnut creme, both of which were absolutely amazing. I’m pretty sure I’ll be getting a pastry here each morning I’m in Paris and then will grab a few things to bring home!

Celiac here! I loved loved loved Copains!! We went twice in the five days we were in Paris, and I’m still dreaming about some of the yummy delicacies I ate from there. Next time we’re in Paris I’m getting a hotel closer to here or NoGlu to have more easy options for a breakfast pastry. Can’t recommend going here enough!!

I went today and got the most delicious donut I’ve had in the past decade. The service and knowledge of allergies was excellent. There was a variety of pastries, breads, desserts, and sandwiches. So you know, It is not a sit down restaurant. I took it with me.

Very “bougie” place.

We picked up a few things here and everything was labeled. A lot of the pastry and bread included oats (avoine) which my partner avoids. We still bought a few things that included the oats. The pistachio filling was delicious and worth risking the oats.

A very nice texture for the croissant crust, but not as well laminated as “La Manufacture Sans Gluten”.
