Cross contamination for almost everything. Flour tortillas are cooked on the same flat top as everything else.

Menu has Gluten Free (GF) labels for many dishes, unfortunately several of those listed as GF contain items fried in a shared frier which is also used for Gluten containing items (Churros). I did find such GF labeling very misleading as well a dangerous for people with Celiac desease. For examples Tortilla Chips, Molotes, Antojitos Platter are all listed as GF but contain fried tortillas that come from frier used for Churros (weath flour based). I ended up having the Tacos which were suposed to be safe and I still had a reaction. In short, this place is not safe and their menu is not to be trusted.
