They have a gluten-free menu and are very informed. They mark your choice as gluten-free or "celiac" (I forget which) on the receipt when you order, so you know that the person cooking your food is aware of the allergy. I was impressed by the number of gluten-free options, it was very tasty and I highly recommend this place! Especially the nachos and the tempeh-bacon lettuce tomato sandwhich.
