I called ahead, and found out that they have good kitchen practices.
Separate gluten free menu upon request.
Standard menu notes that a lack-of-cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed, but seems like good practices are in place all the same.
My food was too salty, but when they realized I didn't like it, they offered to get me something else on the house.

Wow!! This is a great place for GF. Separate menu, all staff extremely knowledgeable! I also have lactose intolerance, and they told me they have NO dairy in the restaurant! I had the mushroom galaxy burger on a gf bun and the slaw on the side. It was delicious!! Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied! A staff member informed me that 80% of their menu is gluten free, and all items have gluten free substitutes. They also have a chart that lists out the nutrition and allergen facts for their menu near the cash register. Felt very safe about their preparation regarding cross contamination, and the flavors of my poutine were delicious. They were kind and knowledgeable about celiac and my needs. Felt perfectly fine afterward!

The staff was very accommodating, including showing us the ingredient labels on products. They have GF preparation procedures and dedicated equipment for it. There is no fryer but everything is prepared on trays in an oven type thing. They are a plant based restaurant which made it very easy to accommodate my son's dairy allergy. Very enjoyable experience.
I ate their Copper Burger which is a beet patty. I also had some chili, and a brownie dessert.
