Found CCG extremely gluten friendly with a wonderful gf menu. My husband, who is celiac, had the hickory grilled Gorgonzola crusted tenderloin with redskin smashed potatoes and spinach. Meat cooked medium rare was perfect! I had their specialty wood fired rotisserie chicken with the smashed potatoes and green beans. For the appetizer we had smoked salmon with a delicious remalade-the best I've ever had! All and all, a wonderful meal.
