I was so excited when I discovered they had waffles but disappointed that it’s actually more like mashed oatmeal cooked in a waffle iron. The edges were somewhat crispy but the middle was a mushy mess. I had the strawberry with cream cheese and whip. It was ok but I wouldn’t call it a waffle

I was so excited to try gluten free waffles! We visited for the first time on a Sunday morning and they were packed! The line to order moved fast but the wait for our food took awhile. I’m not entirely sure if it’s because of my gluten free order or just because they were busy. They have a full coffee menu and big variety of different toppings for the waffles. I ordered their strawberry cheesecake waffle. The size of the waffle was quite big, filled my plate! However, the waffle was different than I expected, it wasn’t like a traditional waffle batter. It was more like a bland baked oatmeal. The edges were light and crispy and the insides were soft with bits of oats. The toppings are definitely what made this waffle. The kind I ordered was topped with the most amazing fresh strawberries, cream cheese frosting drizzle, and whipped cream. Overall, it was so nice to be able to enjoy a coffee and eat the same thing as the rest of my family-it was tasty too!

Waffles!!! The GF waffles are not quite the fluffy waffle but still crunchy and yummy! They were even able to do their stuffed hash brown waffle as gluten free because they said their batter does not have gluten containing ingredients. Both the chocolate, Peanut Butter, Banana waffle and the stuffed hashbrown waffle with ketchup and sour cream was awesome! We will be back. Accesibility plus: they actually have door opening buttons (and in the right place for a wheelchair user to use without their chair being in the way of the opening door!) and their entry way is pretty smooth to navigate. Their dining room is wide open and easy to find a spot where I can pull my wheelchair up to a table.

This new waffle and coffee cafe offers gluten free waffles with any of their decadent toppings! I don’t know for certain their prep area, but it does take extra time to prepare the GF waffles, which are simultaneously chewy and mushy, but are very delicious! And the GF version is taller/fluffier than the regular, so don’t be surprised if your waffle looks better than your friend’s regular waffle. I had the chocolate, peanut butter and banana waffles and did not have any negative effects - will definitely go back!
