I've eaten here several times while flying to Yellowstone. Each time the food is amazing, and I'm never disappointed. The staff have gotten more knowledgeable about celiac, and do their best to limit cross contamination. I'm hypersensitive and have never gotten sick after eating here.
Located in an airport, pain to park an no one wants to be in an airport to eat if they are not flying.
There are gluten free offerings but all the foods is cooked on the same griddle and sent through the same toaster so not at all celiac safe.
It can be hard to find gluten free options when traveling. This place had a number of great options. We got gluten free pancakes and a breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious.
