Food was SO good!! They were able to answer all of my questions about GF/possible cross contamination. They a good variety of GF items for all courses, including dessert.

Steven was our waiter and he did an incredible job customizing my meal to accommodate my FOUR PAGE allergy list, including entering my info into their system for future visits. Everything was perfect and I didn’t feel like they had to compromise on the quality of the meal or the experience in any way. It’s not on the menu, but they offer a gluten free flourless chocolate cake too!

Dinner - incredible short ribs!!! breakfast- many GF options. Gf bread, muffins, cereals and the bacon is kept on bread I. The buffet:).

I ate at Ritz-Carlton’s Ignite, but they do not have a posting on find me gf. I was told they prepare GF items in a separate area and they seemed fairly knowledgeable. I have Celiac and did not get sick from the wings.
