I love their salads!!! They used to be totally gluten free, but they recently added bread. You just have to make sure you tell the person making your food that you’re gluten free and need a glove change and such!

The girl taking our order didn’t seem to know if the tortillas were gluten free. Another girl went to ask if the spinach ones were and she said yes. I don’t think they were. We asked for the manager because we didn’t trust the food on the line, as they run flour tortillas along the line and touch them with the utensils. We asked if they could get food from the back that hadn’t been cross-contaminated. She looked at me like I had two heads and she had never had anyone ask her to do that before. How can you say you’re a celiac-safe restaurant if you don’t understand the basics of cross-contamination. If they want to be a safe place for those with Celiac, then they need to do better.

Tons of options, as soon as you say “allergy” they change their gloves and alert the rest of the staff. I had the spicy thai chicken and rice noodle bowl. It was spicy and delicious. Will be back again.

Everything here is gluten-free! Makes ordering super easy. The food is super tasty. We tried 3 different bowls among our family. Large portions make it easy to save for lunch the next day. Highly recommend for an easy gluten-free dining out experience!

Pretty much the only truly celiac safe restaurant in The Boro. They have add flour tortilla tacos to the menu. So be sure to tell them to change their gloves. If you do that, you should be fine.

Great options for vegan and gluten free!!

My daughter and I both have Celiac disease, this is the only place I trust. Everything they serve is gluten free with the exception of bread which is on the floor away from all the other food.
Yes
I told the server I was celiac and she changed gloves immediately, I didn’t even need to ask. Manager told me no gluten in the whole restaurant. Food was good. Very fresh and tasty.
Yes
Safest place for a Celiac to eat while In Murfreesboro!
Yes
Fantastic option for anyone with any type of food allergy. The staff is very knowledgeable about food allergies and can guide you through the menu. All items of GF. The food is a little pricey, but it is a lot of food for what you pay. Being able to eat anything on the menu that strikes my fancy is worth paying a little extra.
Yes
Clean, fresh, healthy ingredients. Availability to create your own dishes if something on the menu does not agree with your lifestyle.

Great place for a healthy bowl, like Chipotle. Everything is gluten free except one item that is wrapped.

I love that pretty much everything on the menu is gluten free. When they prepared my bowl they changed their gloves and confirmed that everything was gluten free. I had the spicy Thai noodle bowl, but have also had their rice bowls and salad bowls. Everything is delicious. Great for a healthy quick meal!

I’ve been here twice and have never gotten sick. Good, tasty food and the staff were very knowledgeable about allergies and cautious. Plus, most of the food is gluten free or could be made gluten free! They also have lots of dairy free, vegetarian, and vegan options!

Hate to write this review as the staff were so nice and took extra precautions like changing their gloves, but I got sick from eating here. I am INCREDIBLY sensitive, so it might be fine for less sensitive celiacs, but just wanted to give a heads up for others.
