Everything here (except the optional bread at the end which is contained inside a plastic container) is gluten free! I got the ginger tofu quinoa bowl (can’t remember exact name). It had raw kale, shredded carrots and beets, a scoop of quinoa, cooked tofu chunks, and I declined the sriracha and just had the chili lime dressing. It was good though I might ask for another quinoa scoop next time. I also got a side of baked/roasted sweet potato chunks, which were warm and delicious with a dusting of cinnamon. I look forward to returning and trying something else!
