They have added flour tortillas to their line. All lettuce and cabbage are cross contaminated over and over. Even when I explain that i have celiac disease the employees will go from touching the wraps to my food - I've pointed out the issue and they have doubled down. Even when my food makes it all the way thru the line without an employee directly cross contaminating my meal I still get sick (I assume it's cross contamination at the lettuce/cabbage/kale area). I have stopped eating here. This place was very safe place to eat but went completely down hill after they introduced flour tortillas.
I always loved eating here when I worked in my previous employers North Syracuse location. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and filling. I love how you can personalize each dish to your own liking and there are so many gluten free options, including their incredible mac and cheese! When I first started going, nothing there contained gluten, but now they do have some gluten items on their menu (taco shells, wraps, and buns) but with that being said, I’ve never once had an issue with my food being glutened. This is a place I know I can go to, eat, and not even think twice about the possibility of being glutened.
