Coriander Cafe features noodles and rice bowls with various meats. The owner recommends the pork sausage as gluten free. They bring gluten free soy sauce with their spring rolls and are knowledgable about which condiments are/are not gf. They are going to add a gf dessert and gf (and vegetarian) pho soon.

Coriander Cafe features noodle bowls and rice bowls with various meats; for gluten free customers the owner recommends the pork sausage. Both the owner and his wait staff are well-versed in preparing g-f meals and they are knowledgeable about which condiments are/are not g-f. they are adding more g-f options, including a dessert, soon.
