They did have some gluten free and even dairy free options but their food was INCREDIBLY spicy even after I asked for no spice. Most of the dishes also seemed to be made with pretty much the same gravy.
I just went here for the first time today. The owner greeted us at the door and was immediately accommodating to gluten free by walking me to the buffet and pointing out which menu items were vegetarian and gluten free. The buffet is split down the middle of meat and vegetarian, so it is easy to choose that even if you aren't familiar with the dish names. He said they do not use wheat flour in anything typically, but pointed out one item that did have it-chicken poppers I think he said. Everything else was gluten free! (I am also intolerant to corn and he said corn or corn starch is never used). When I got back to the table he brought over a basket of lentil bread, I think it was to replace the pita but it was much thinner and crunchier. Still the first time I have ever been served gluten free bread. I am very impressed with the menu options and service at Coriander and would definitely go back.
