The staff at Cork and Flame are very dilligent about Celiac or allergies and will always check with the chef for you when you have questions. I loved their cassava rolls, but they sometimes stop carrying them since their menus change seasonally. The menu is labeled and there are always a few gluten free options, sometimes more depending on how the menu changes!
