Corky's Ribs & BBQ

I called ahead to ask about their safety measures. I was assured that if I told my waitress I would be fine. I explained ahead of time to the waitress that I am sensitive and wanted to know what was safe. Pretty much only 3 meat options. I couldn’t have any sides but she insisted I choose 2 and that my bf could have them… my ribs then came out with fries on top. I did not feel like sending it back would help so I didn’t. Find somewhere safer to go.

Went to Corky's and had the wet ribs which were delicious. They use their original bbq sauce which is gluten free (I read the label). I also had a loaded chicken baked potato. Everything was great.
