They were super nice & understanding about gluten! Separate prep area for gluten free—the CrossFit menu is gluten free along with the chicken salad & some sides. And the salad was so fresh & AMAZING!

Awesome, fresh salads! My son has celiac and has never had any problems eating here. Rice and lettuce wraps too! Separate prep area. Only open m-f 11-3. Paleo friendly.
