Absolutely loved the garlic ham and cheese sandwich, but halfway through eating it I started reacting. I’m assuming cross contamination, but being glutend sucks. Really wish I didn’t react as it was awesome tasting. So maybe you could go if you’re less sensitive.

This place was fantastic! My daughter had the chicken, bacon ranch sandwich on gluten free bread. The staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and made her sandwich in a separate area. We are in Ephraim for softball and my daughter is already thinking about what sandwich she is going to have tomorrow!

Celiac friendly?

Ate here safely today, but did ask a lot of questions first. Were told basically anything grilled is unsafe, so had an untoasted gf-bread Italian sandwich with fresh-sliced pepperoni. Not bad for rural Utah, and friendly people.

Delicious sandwich and coffee! The guy who made my sandwich put it together in a clean area with a clean knife and gloves too.

They have GF bread so any sandwich can be made GF or you can build your own. They also have soups and salads. I ordered the French Dip on GF bread toasted, super yummy! Such a fun store in the back as well. Delicious food and fresh!
