Tried 3 of their beers and ended up taking a growler home. All beers use clarity firm. With this product, the beer goes below the ppm most below 10 per their website. Loved the experience!

They do not have a gluten-free menu, or gluten-free items marked on their menu. But their kitchen staff is very knowledgeable about celiac disease, and they can tell you what they can modify on their menu. They have gluten-free crust for their pizzas, and they have gluten-free buns for their hamburgers and chicken sandwiches. The gluten-free buns were delicious.

All of their crafted beers are gluten removed. Also have gluten free buns ( burgers are delicious). Gluten free pizza. They will get gluten free wraps when they become available again. Wait staff is very knowledgeable regarding gluten free and Celiac. One of the managers has Celiac and is generally in the kitchen supervising or cooking.

NOT safe, almost nothing was editable and definitely cross contaminated. No ciders offered and beer was “gluten removed” which is absolutely not safe for celiacs

Menu does not indicate what is safe. No Ciders offered. Almost ALL of their current beers on the list are made with WLN Clarity Ferm 4000, which is supposed to remove/reduce Gluten... I was not brave enough to try them, not worth it :/
