Review of Cornucopia Noshery

I am the owner of Cornucopia's Noshery. We offer Gluten Free items, but really are limited to what we can offer to people who are suffering from Celiacs. I am well informed about the needs of this particular disease, but please keep in mind that we are not a gluten free restaurant and items like waffles and omelets, etc are not offered to guests suffering because of cross contamination. Its says we do certain things but I don't know how to remove these items.
