Review of Cortez Seafood and Cocktail

I was so excited to add this to my list of restaurants that are safe for me! A lot of stuff on their menu is naturally GF. I am pretty sensitive and get sick with cross contact. Basically the only cross contact I had to worry about was burger buns and the fact they fry saltines in their oil at the beginning of the dinner shift. Since it was much later that night, I decided to try fries fried in that oil. I fully expected to get symptoms but I didn’t!
