They nailed it with their pastries. Their cinnamon rolls are moist and their hand pies are crisp and flakey. Neither falls apart like what I'm used to with gf baked goods. It's really hard to believe that there's no gluten in them. Plus, their bread puddings and fritattas are to die for.
Corvus bakery is a fully gluten free spot worth the stop. They have savory and sweet treats and great coffee. I got a Parmesan pepper scone, a key like donut, an almond chocolate cookie, a peanut butter cookie, a sausage roll, and more in my weekend visit. It was fun to try all the goodies. The quiche looked really good but couldn’t eat any more!
I have celiac with severe symptoms, I can’t eat dairy or grains, I was hopeful to be able to indulge but the staff alerted me that they couldn’t guarantee that there wouldn’t be cross contamination and that it would be best to avoid, so if you are like me just a heads up. The paleo muffins essentially would have been ok but because the way the bakery is set up, it was a no go. They also said that the gluten free flour they use contains rice flour for the other products. Otherwise, everything looked delicious!
Holy moly is this place amazing. They gave savory and sweet items, so great any time of day. Everything is gluten free, but some items are also vegetarian, vegan, paleo, dairy free, etc. it truly seems like there’s something for everyone. AND the staff is warm and the space is cozy and sweet. This place is a true gem.
Everything is moist, light, with the perfect amount of sweetness. Super friendly staff and a great atmosphere.
Everything is gluten-free. It’s a very safe place for celiacs.
Good portion sizes and reasonable prices.
Cute space!
