Delicious wood fire pizza!! Very fresh ingredients. Pizzas can be made on a gluten free, vegan, cauliflower crust. It was very light and airy for a cauliflower crust. I did not have any issues after eating the pizza I ordered, but I am unsure about cross contamination potential.
