I ate at Cosi Cucina successfully in the past when their menu did not list gluten free options by asking the server what the Chef a fix for me. This week I was happy to see gluten free options marked on the menu. I ordered a pasta dish that offered the option of substituting gluten free pasta. Unfortunately there must be cross contamination because I was very sick the next morning. I would warn celiacs to avoid this restaurant.

I had a very good experience eating here. Menu for many of the pasta dishes could be made with GF noodles. I ordered the Ziti Cucina and tried adding meatballs, but the waiter was very alert and called out they they are made with breadcrumbs. The dish was excellent and very tasty! They also have a GF cheesecake!
