UPDATE: The people here are still extremely helpful and friendly the menu has changed quite a bit and there are still a few GF options just not near as many. I kept my old review because my experience here has always been so positive.

SHAZAM!!!! I spoke with the waitress about my wheat-peanut-tree nut allergies and she was not only knowledgeable but also EXTREMELY accommodating. Everyone was accommodating. They rewashed my plates and silverware before placing my food on them to make sure there was no cross contamination (I honestly did not ask) AND were friendly about it all. Seriously, WOW. BTW...the Southwestern Salad was very tasty. My non GF husband who normally orders his meal with ‘extra gluten’ said the meatloaf panini was delicious. I will DEFINITELY be returning and will be happy to spread the word.

I go here every time I'm in Tulsa. Great gluten free sandwiches and great potato salad. Never had an issue with it. I recommend the PW sandwich!

super slow service (only 3 other tables occupied at the time), no dairy free options available, waitress didn't seem aware of food allergy options, salad dressings tasted bottled. UPDATE : got sick after eating here. not sure if it was the "gluten sensitive" option or the supposively "dairy free" salad dressing, but I'm still paying for it 4 days later. :(

This is my favorite place to eat when I'm in town, everyone is educated and I've never gotten sick from eating here and I'm a sensitive Celiac. I also highly recommend Laffa in downtown. It's owned by the same people that own Cosmos so the staff have the same level of education and understanding of specialty diets. Laffa has a dedicated gluten free fryer so I've had the sweet potato fries and falafel, both where amazing.

The best GF bagel sandwiches and potato salad in the Tulsa area . They have a 4 page GF menu. The cookie / ice cream desserts are very good. This is a must visit location for all Celiacs. The wait staff were very friendly in a fun environment.
