Rosy and her staff are very well experienced in gluten free, especially since she is Celiac herself and has other dietary restrictions so she is the best person to understand the severity of the cross contamination factor. Everything gluten free is cooked separately and handled with extreme care. She can accommodate for any allergies or restrictions and best of all her food is DELICIOUS!! It’s very safe to eat here since we’ve ordered out and dined in multiple times. It’s the consistency that matters too.
