I'll start by saying you can easily make gluten free plates here, but if you're very sensitive I would avoid it. The staff I had servicing us had no idea what celiac or gluten were and when a side was served in a fried flour shell I added for it to be remade without the shell and they asked why I couldn't just take it out. I just don't think she quite understood which is what it is, but for us with celiac, I would proceed with caution should you choose to come here. Not sick yet, but we will see.
